How to Order

Customers may email or call me with orders. Contact information is shown in the box at your left.
I will customize orders to the desires of the customer in terms of item size, paint/fabric/ribbon colors, and personalization), so please try to be as clear and concise as you can in your communications with me.
If you send me an email note, please include your name, shipping address, and telephone number. I may have to call you to review a part of your order before I get started.
Checks or money orders are accepted, and I will begin work on the item when your payment is received.
Please allow two weeks for the completion of the ordered item (not including shipping) as each item is custom-created. Orders are processed and completed in the order they were received (first come, first served basis).
Also, please take into consideration that the two months prior to major holidays will be my busiest! Santa Claus comes to my house, too.
I will ship your items via UPS Ground because of the excellent service and care of parcels that I have received in the past with this company. All products are insured as well.
I desire your complete approval of the item you purchase and if you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, please let me know promptly!
